We had to have two bathrooms redone after someone else screwd them up even more. Mortise & Miter was recommended by two people online in my neighborhood. They fixed the mistakes and made us two new bathrooms better than before. A very detailed process before work even begins, and John made sure we were comfortable with every step. I trust him with our entire home now.

I cant recommend john and his team enough! We wanted a kitchen renovation. We didn’t even know we had hardwood floors under all of our carpet and now I suddenly have “new” refinished hardwood floors in my house along with new kitchen! Unusually good attention to detail, and good suggestions to get us more for our money.

Working with John took all the worries away that we though we had. Especially liked his proposal packet that listed every detail and floor plans and all the specifics on materials. Also was a fixed-price so there was no hassle along the way for us. Even when we weren’t sure about some of the new layout, he just asked us some questions and immediately described some options that were perfect! VERY good communication the whole way, and he really did make us a part of the process. We felt like he had a great respect for us and our home!

They did our complete bathroom remodel (new tub, tile, floors, vanity, fan, drywall, paint) and it turned out beautiful. John was very professional and organized, and really helpful when it came to deciding on what we wanted. Everything is very good quality and I can tell it will last a long time.

I am very particular and I have to say that I was super pleased with John and his crew! I commissioned John to update my dated 35 yo bath replacing the tub/shower with a tiled walk in shower, new vanity top, light, exhaust fan, new shower & sink faucets. I was about to give up on finding a light when John located a fixture that was comparable to the shower’s curved black grab bars. Perfect!! John is the best and a true professional from start to finish and he will be my go-to guy for any future rehab!!

John was very responsive and clear with his communication. Flexible to our families needs. We chose to do remodeling with a toddler and young child at home; he was very aware of safety for them without me having to ask. Always followed up after each step was completed to make sure we were happy with the results before proceeding. Workers were polite. Will DEFINITELY be asking him out for future projects!
